- Every tenant’s data is scoped at the database layer with Postgres row-level security. Cross-tenant queries are rejected by the database itself, not just by application code.
- Enterprise authentication
- Email magic-link or password by default; flip on SAML, OIDC, Google Workspace or Azure AD per tenant when an enterprise customer needs it. SCIM provisioning included.
- Configurable AI providers
- Front-end stays the same; route requests through Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or your own provider. Per-tenant model and prompt configuration.
- Knowledge vault
- Vector search across each tenant’s own documents with their own indexes. The model answers from sources the tenant uploaded, not the open web.
- White-label theming
