Offerings
Off-the-peg add-ons you can switch on straight away — plus bespoke builds when your team needs functionality tailored to how you actually work.
Add-ons
Switched on per workspace. Annual pricing, billed alongside your retainer. Cancel any time — access continues to the end of the period.
Knowledge Vault
£1,000 / year
AI answers grounded in your own documents.
Drop in your contracts, policies, manuals, SharePoint, Google Drive — anything your team already keeps. Every AI answer cites the source paragraph, so reviewers can verify before acting.
Best when staff burn time hunting through SharePoint/Drive for the same answers, or when answers must be defensible with a paper trail.
- Connects to SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, or local upload
- Answers cite source page and paragraph
- Per-collection access controls
- On-prem agent option for sensitive corpora
Bid Assistant
£5,000 / year
Win more tenders, draft them in a fraction of the time.
Upload an ITT and Bid Assistant extracts the requirements, drafts answers from your past responses, and runs QA against the marking criteria — so the bid team focuses on differentiation rather than paperwork.
Best for organisations that respond to RFPs / ITTs regularly and have a body of past responses to reuse.
- Auto-extracts requirements, questions, and marking criteria from ITT documents
- Drafts answers grounded in your answer library
- Coverage matrix + obligations tracking
- Export to Word/PDF, deliver to SharePoint or Drive
Bid Intelligence
£5,000 / year (Monitor) · £9,000 / year (Qualify)
Find tenders worth bidding for — before your competitors do.
Bid Intelligence pulls in UK public tender notices (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland), enriches buyers with Companies House and award history, and matches them against your ICP rules. Monitor delivers a daily/weekly digest. Qualify adds LLM-extracted price/quality weightings, incumbent detection, and one-click handoff into Bid Assistant with documents staged in your Drive or SharePoint.
Best for sales / business development teams that bid into UK public sector and want to spot the right opportunities early without wading through hundreds of irrelevant notices.
- Daily ingest from FATS, Contracts Finder, and Public Contracts Scotland
- Buyer enrichment: Companies House, prior awards, incumbent detection (Qualify)
- LLM-extracted requirements, price/quality split, references (Qualify)
- Rule engine + email digest of new matches
- One-click handoff to Bid Assistant with documents in your storage (Qualify)
Data Insights
£4,000 / year
Ask your databases questions in plain English.
Connect Postgres, BigQuery, MySQL, or SQL Server. Ask "how did revenue track against forecast last quarter?" and get a chart, the SQL, and a citation — without writing the query yourself.
Best for teams whose business questions queue up behind a single overworked analyst, or where leaders want to self-serve from data without learning SQL.
- Natural-language SQL with row-level audit
- Saved queries + schedule-to-Slack/email
- Per-column policy controls (mask PII, restrict tables)
- Charts auto-rendered, exportable to CSV
Contract Guard
£5,000 / year
AI-powered contract risk analysis.
Drop in supplier contracts, NDAs, MSAs. Contract Guard flags clauses that diverge from your standard playbook, surfaces deadlines and renewal triggers, and produces a risk-flagged review for legal.
Best for procurement, in-house legal, and contract managers who currently rely on manual playbook checks at the eleventh hour.
- Custom clause playbook per organisation
- Deadline + renewal reminders
- Side-by-side comparison against your standard terms
- Reviewer comments + audit trail
Agentic AI
£6,000 / year
Multi-step AI workflows over your tools and documents.
Plug an agent into your stack — it can search the knowledge vault, run database queries, draft documents, and call your APIs in a single turn. Where Knowledge Vault answers questions, Agentic AI gets work done.
Best when staff would otherwise jump between five tabs to assemble an answer or move work forward.
- Tool-using agentic loop (Claude Sonnet + Opus advisor)
- Built-in tools for KV search, SQL queries, document drafting
- Custom tools wired to your internal APIs (with auth)
- Auditable per-step trace of every tool call
Bespoke builds
When the off-the-peg add-ons aren't enough.
Most engagements start with a conversation. Tell us the problem you're trying to solve, the workflow that's eating your week, the idea you haven't had time to test — we'll talk through what's possible, what isn't, and how we'd approach it.
We don't charge for that conversation. Bounce ideas off us any time. We only charge once you ask us to build something.
You bring the vision. We bring the build.
You don't need to arrive with a specification. Most of our customers aren't system architects, and we don't think it's fair to ask them to be. We've seen too many projects where a developer builds exactly what the customer asked for, the result doesn't actually solve the problem, and the customer gets blamed for writing the wrong spec.
Our job is to solve the problem in the most effective way for you. You describe the outcome you want; we figure out the right shape for the solution, talk it through with you, and build it.
Start small, go for the low-hanging fruit.
The biggest mistake we see is teams trying to plan everything up front. It's often the approach favoured by hourly consultancies — the longer the scoping, the bigger the invoice — but in our experience you get much better results by picking one focused problem, shipping a solution, and iterating from there. Confidence builds with each result, and you quickly learn where the next bit of leverage lives.
Pricing
£97/hour for build work. Because we use modern AI tooling, we get a lot done in an hour compared with traditional development — small problems are often resolved in a single sitting, and an idea you've been kicking around for months can be in your hands within a week.
